START WITH THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS
Provide your own dimensions for a shop-pickup or delivery order, or request a paid professional measuring appointment through BEAR or an approved service partner, including Complete Sliding Doors.
Measuring with an order credit.
We’ll confirm the appointment fee and the terms for crediting it toward your screen order before you book.
Supply approved dimensions and collect your completed screens by prior arrangement. Ask us to compare shop-pickup and delivery pricing.
Have completed screens delivered. We confirm availability and delivery costs for your location before you order.
Ask about a planned on-site production visit, subject to project requirements. Materials and scope must be confirmed beforehand; this is separate from a measuring appointment.
Tell us your approximate screen count, project ZIP code, corner preference, and who will measure. Photos of the opening, existing screen, corners, and attachment hardware help us identify the details.
Choose mesh for your needs. Let us know if your priority is everyday airflow, smaller-insect screening, pets, or sun exposure. We’ll confirm which mesh choices work with your frame and opening, and explain any price difference before you order.
Using customer-supplied dimensions
We build to the dimensions you approve. If those dimensions change after fabrication, remakes are charged separately. A fabrication error against the approved specifications will be corrected.
